Coffee Varieties and Special Blends
Arabica
Coffee is by far the most popular and widely consumed bean. This species of coffee generally exhibits a sweeter profile, with fruity and zesty flavors as well as a strong ‘coffee’ aroma.
Barako
Is a coffee varietal grown in the Philippines, particularly in the provinces of Batangas and Cavite.It belongs to the species Coffea liberica. Known for its strong fruity notes with a hint of jackfruit.
Excelsa
A coffee variety that is known for its sweet fruity taste. It is often confused as Robusta or Liberica because of its high acidic property. It can be found in the provinces of Bicol, Batangas and Quezon. This aromatic coffee variety with unique characteristic will surely excite your taste buds.
Robusta
produces a very full bodied and strong coffee, known for its earthy flavors. Due to the strength and high acidity of this coffee it is unlikely to be used on its own and is blended with Arabica beans to round out the flavor profile to create a desirable blend for consumption. Robusta coffee is also known to contain a higher amount of caffeine around 2.7% compared to Arabica.
Hazelnut
Rich and nutty in flavor, it perfectly complements our light roasted blend of beans to create a cup that has become a standard in the industry.
Vanilla
The rich and velvety aromas of vanilla subtly express themselves in a mellow texture. A blend distinguished by its full flavor, infinitely smooth and silky on the palate.

Makiling Blend
Inspired by the Majestic Mt. Makiling, this coffee blend is a combination of Arabica, Robusta and Liberica coffee beans accentuates the fruity notes and acidity whilst bringing body to the coffee.
Espresso
Strong in flavor and body. A combination of Liberica, Robusta and Arabica coffee beans creating a contrasting bouquet, bringing together subtle fruity and acid notes. In cup, it creates a subtle balance and a pleasant bitterness that lingers inthe mouth.
Morning Brew
A coffee blend specially designed for the mornings. Stimulates the senses through its high intensity and generous character. A combination of distinctive Arabica, Robusta and Liberica coffee beans. In cup, it reveals a bold character and a full body, roasted notes and rich scents.
